Dr. Smriti Yadav trained at the other end of the same system — a dental surgeon, with a full year of rotatory internship behind her. She spent it where records are made: OPD registration, case documentation, patient handling, sterilisation logs, radiographs read and filed.
Every claim xuman later audits is assembled from a file someone created at that desk. Get it wrong there and nothing downstream can rescue it. That is the end she owns.
